Oatmeal bath
Add oatmeal, preferably colloidal oatmeal, to your bathing water. Colloidal oatmeal is fine in texture and hence dissolves in water easily. Use lukewarm water for the bath. Oatmeal can be very helpful in reducing the red patches. Leave it for 15- 20 minutes in water. Take a bath and pat dry yourself with soft towel.   • Cut the leaves of Aloe Vera
  • Cut the spiky sides of the leaves.
  • Make a cut right from the middle of Aloe Vera such that it separates the leaf into two equal dorso-ventral sides.
  • Obtain the gel and the sticky liquid from the Aloe Vera leaves and apply it to the affected skin.

Chamomile

The carpet, rugs contain the maximum of dust mites in it. Dust mites are known to cause the eczema.  It easily attacks on baby’s skin causing eczema. So keep the floor and house clean. Clean the curtains, floor etc to avoid eczema.

Choose the detergent wisely:
When you are about to buy the detergent then make sure the detergent is skin friendly and with the neutral ph balance. While washing the clothes rinse the clothes thoroughly with the water. This will protect you from the skin allergy and eczema.

Keep a check to your cosmetics:
Maximum people get prone to eczema due to the use of chemical treated cosmetics. So use cosmetics carefully. Before applying the cosmetic to the whole skin, apply it to the small portion of skin and see if it has the reaction or not.
