What I Eat in a Day When Cutting: Low Calorie High Volume Foods

In today's post, I will be sharing what I eat in a day when I'm cutting, as well as some low calorie high volume foods. Many of you have asked me how I'm able to eat massive portions while still keeping the calories low. Well, I'm going to show you exactly what I eat and how I hit my protein goals. So let's get started.

First things first, I start my day with a massive coffee. Coffee is an essential part of my morning routine. To keep my toast intake in check while cutting, I have three pieces of bread. I know it may seem like a lot, but it fits within my cutting calories of around 1760 to 1780. I've been doing this for five days now, and I usually don't cut below 1800 calories. Consistency is key when it comes to diet and nutrition, and I find that sticking to a routine helps me stay on track.

After breakfast, I have a yogurt bowl. I love using low-calorie options like fage yogurt or Lidl's own zero percent fat yogurt. I top it with blueberries, raspberries, mango, and a drizzle of salted caramel skinny food syrup. This yogurt bowl is not only delicious but also packed with protein.

For lunch, I have a satisfying meal consisting of an egg white and mushroom omelette with broccoli. The egg whites provide volume and protein, while the mushrooms and broccoli add flavor and nutrients. This meal is only 207 calories and keeps me full until dinner.

Dinner is where I get creative with low-calorie options. I make an oriental stir-fry with king prawns, green beans, and low-calorie noodles. These noodles are a game-changer, as they only contain 15 calories per portion. I also use one calorie spray instead of olive oil to keep the calories in check. This dinner is incredibly filling and satisfying.

Evening Snack

Before bed, I enjoy another yogurt bowl. This time, I use a high protein yogurt and add some skinny food chocolate syrup for a sweet treat. This snack helps me meet my protein goals for the day.

That wraps up what I eat in a day when I'm cutting. I hope you found this post helpful and got some ideas for low calorie high volume foods. Remember, consistency is key, and finding meals that you enjoy can make your cutting journey more enjoyable. Thanks for watching.
